Ok, I got a little behind on my "daily health tips", but this one is really good if you are a parent or a grand parent and you want to help the younger members of your family stay drug and alcohol free.
 
Studies have found that teens who have 5 or more family dinners per week are 3 times less likely to try marijuana, 2.5 times less likely to smoke cigarettes and 1.5 times less likely to drink alcohol than those who eat less often with their families.
